Emily was so awesome to work with! When it didn't work out with our first nanny, she found us a replacement within 2 weeks. - which was over the Christmas/New Year period and just before she was about to leave on her honeymoon. She genuinely cares about getting the best outcome for her families and goes over and above to make sure you find the best possible fit. We are so happy with our nanny and we would HIGHLY recommend Emily to anyone.

What an absolute dream it was to have Emily find us our perfect nanny. As a busy time poor executive Mumma the process was hassle free with limited forms and limited time required by me. I loved the convenience of quick text messages. Emily understood the brief exactly and found us the perfect nanny for our family in no time who we now consider as a family member. I would recommend Emily to all my Mumma friends.

I have loved the ease of stepping into a contract with a family.
Everything has been clear and professional. I have thoroughly enjoyed
supporting families and children in their day to day lives.
What could be done better? So far I haven't experienced any issues.
Do you have any other comments or suggestions? The only thing I can think of is maybe developing a system for tax purposes, to help the families understand how it will work.

Amazing support and service
I first made contact with Emily in May and she was so professional, supportive and helpful.. She helped me gain employment with one family I Nanny for and she has kept in contact, ensuring all is going well and if I ever need assistance with any other employment opportunities.
Emily has let me reach out to her out of hours and contact her with any questions. She is so prompt and so kind. I'm so glad I have formed a close rapport with her and hope to always be in touch with her while I am in this profession. Any family or Nanny should be so lucky to have Emily on board with them. She is truly such a professional and has everyone's best interests at heart. I'm thankful I found her throughout my profession life.
