Becoming a Nanny or Babysitter
Becoming a part of our team is quick and simple. To be considered please ensure you meet the following requirements.
You MUST have or be willing to obtain:
- A Blue Card Working with Children Check or Police Check
- First Aid Certificate and CPR Certificate
- 2 Years experience with children
- Be legally allowed to work in Australia
- A minimum of 2 references

- Short Term Contract Nanny
- Permanent Part Time Nannies - Less than 38 hours per week
- Permanent Full Time Nannies - 38 hours + per week

Our Process
Screening
Our nannies register through an online data base where they're screened and met in person or via a facetime interview. We verify blue cards, documents, references, and qualifications (CPR and First Aid Certificate) for authenticity.
Registration
Each family is required to fill in a registration form highlighting their needs. Once completed, the role is advertised and we hand select the top candidates based on availability, personality and suitability to each family.
Interview
Successful candidates will be interviewed by the potential employer in their home with children present. After the interview we will guide and assist in any decision making or feedback between the family and nanny.
Employment
Once a candidate has been selected families will be provided with resources and a contract that will ensure both parties are happy. Contracts are useful to negotiate payment (this must reach requirements of Fair Work Australia), allowances, superannuation and taxation.
Casual Babysitting Team
We have an amazing team of experienced nannies who work for current families and do casual Babysitting on the side. All babysitting jobs are priced at a rate of $40 per hour and must have an ABN, bluecard, first aid/ CPR certificates and reliable access to transport to be considered.
