I started out as a teacher, but I found myself craving a deeper, more personal connection with the kids and families I worked with. Around that time, a good friend of mine was working as a nanny, and it really sparked my interest. I had the training, I'd been babysitting for years—so I thought, why not give it a crack?

I jumped in, and honestly, I fell in love with it. Over the years, I had the privilege of working with so many wonderful families, and I came to truly appreciate how special and rewarding the role of a nanny can be.

Before long, I was naturally matching people up—chatting with parents at the park, telling them where to advertise, connecting them with my trusted nanny friends, or helping out the neighbours of the families I worked with. I wasn't charging a cent; I just genuinely wanted to help. That simple word-of-mouth matchmaking turned out to be the start of something really special—my agency, Marvellous Nanny Services.

When I had my own daughter, something shifted. I knew it was time to go all in. I natually stopped nannying 50 hour weeks and running my agency as a side hustle, this was when things really ramped up!

 I wanted to create an agency that truly understands both sides—parents looking for someone they can trust, and nannies looking for families who value and appreciate them.

Now, I'm focused on building the best nanny agency in Brisbane, with big dreams of going Australia-wide. Because every family deserves their perfect, marvellous match—and I'm here to help make that happen.
